BONNIE'S ACAI BOWL
RECIPE
This health-giving bowl is fibre-rich, vitamin-rich, antioxidant-rich, lipid-rich and full of skin- protective and glow-giving minerals selenium, copper and zinc, plus it has the added boost of GLOW Inner Beauty Powder & BODY Protein Powder with pre- and probiotics to keep your gut happy and skin radiant.
INGREDIENTS

1 serving of frozen unsweetened açai pulp, coarsely chopped (we used - Creative Gourmet Acai Puree from Coles)

1 very ripe frozen banana, coarsely chopped

1⁄2 cup coconut milk
-
2 teaspoons GLOW Inner Beauty Powder, optional
-
1 scoop BODY Protein Powder, optional
-
Toppings:
-
1 small ripe banana, peeled and
-
3 fresh Strawberries sliced
-
1/2 Green Apple sliced
-
1/2 cup of granola
-
2 teaspoons cacao nibs
-
2 teaspoons chia seeds
METHOD

To make the smoothie, blend the acai pulp, banana, coconut milk, Glow & Body in a high-speed blender, until smooth and creamy.

Pour the smoothie into a wide shallow serving bowls. Decorate with toppings. Eat immediately!
