BEAUTY WORX BOOKING POLICY

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Beauty Worx Skin Studio, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients, ensuring that every appointment is an opportunity for transformation and care. To maintain the integrity of our scheduling and to respect the time of both our clients and our professionals, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy.

 

Cancellation Notice:

We kindly request that any changes or cancellations to your appointment be made by the day prior to your scheduled time. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot and accommodate other clients on our waiting list.

 

Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee compensates for the time reserved and ensures our ability to offer the highest quality service to all our clients.

 

No-Show and Late Cancellations: Failure to attend your appointment without notice, or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time, will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.

 

Appointments Made on the Day of Service: For appointments booked on the same day as the intended service, the above cancellation fees will apply. Cancelling within 2 hours of the appointment time will incur the full service fee, while giving more than 2 hours notice will result in a 50% service fee.

 

Group Bookings:  To ensure we can provide the utmost care and attention to every member of your group, we’ve established a policy for group bookings of 2 or more people. For all group bookings, a deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking.

 

Deposits for Appointments: At Beauty Worx Skin Studio, we recognize that Saturdays are a highly sought-after time for appointments, reflecting the convenience and preference of many of our valued clients. To secure a Saturday appointment, we require a deposit of 50% of the scheduled service cost at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your commitment to the appointment and allows us to plan our schedule effectively, ensuring that all clients have the opportunity to receive our services.

 

Saturday Cancellation Notice:  We kindly ask that any cancellations or changes to Saturday appointments be made by 5pm Friday afternoon. Providing this notice gives us sufficient time to offer the slot to other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

 

Cancellation Fees for Saturday Appointments:  If a Saturday appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after the Friday afternoon deadline, the deposit will be non-refundable.  For no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the appointment, the remaining balance of the service cost will be charged, in addition to the non-refundable deposit, to cover the full service fee.

 

Policy Acknowledgement: By booking an appointment at Beauty Worx Skin Studio, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to our cancellation and no-show policy. This policy enables us to provide the high standard of service our clients expect and deserve.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. However, we also appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our policy, which is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients.
