Booking Policy

At Beauty Worx we value your booking and reserve our time especially for you. Please note that when making a booking at Beauty Worx a NON-REFUNDABLE appointment fee will be required at the time of booking to secure this time and date. This applies to all online bookings and group bookings over the phone.

​​If you provide credit card details in person, over the phone or online to retain your booking, you are authorising us to store your card and charge a cancellation fee in the event of a no-show, same day cancellation or late change of appointment time.

Any deposit made will be taken off the cost of your treatment on the day at check out.

To cancel or reschedule any appointments, please call us on 49422533 or reply back ‘CANCEL or NO’ to your booking reminder message which is emailed 5 days prior and then texted 48 hours prior to your actual appointment time. If you do receive a confirmation text and have already cancelled an appointment please give us a call or respond to the reminder text as this means we still have your appointment booked in.

Cancellation and No-Show Appointments

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to make changes, cancel or reschedule an appointment; however with wage increases and appointment times in high demand, we need to charge a fee if you are unable to attend your appointment. In the event of a same day cancellation or late reschedule (this means you are cancelling less than 24 hours before the appointment) you may find an alternative client to fill your appointment slot (this could be a friend or family member).  

In the event of a no-show, last minute cancellation or no fillment of the timeslot the full fee of your appointment will be charged.

Saturday Booking and Cancellation Policy

As of Saturday, the 1st of April 2023 we will require a 50% deposit for all bookings made on a Saturday; this includes appointments made online, over the phone or in salon. An update to our cancellation policy is due to a wage increase within the beauty industry and the large amount of no-show and last minute cancellations.

We do understand that there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances which do occur however we work diligently to make booking times fit into your schedule as well as possible, so all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible and we can try to fill your appointment time.

Failure to cancel your booking with 24 hours notice will result in the full amount of your appointment being charged.

Bookings with Vouchers

The best way to book an appointment when you have a voucher to use is to call our salon on 49422533. If you would like to book online you will still need to pay a deposit for your appointment.
