  • Why can't I book the appointment I want online?
    If the the appointment you want isn't available to book online we may be heavily booked but however please call the salon and we will add you to our cancellation list. We are particularly busy tuesday & thursday nights and Saturday mornings so we recommend you also make any future appointments while you are in the salon.
  • What do I do if I have lost my gift voucher?
    That is fine we should be able to find it in our software system/
  • How long is my gift voucher valid for?
    3 years from the date of issue
  • Can I cancel my appointment?
    Yes - please let the salon know as soon as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • Do you have a Loyalty Rewards Program?
    Yes we do! For every $500 spent on products and services you will received a $25 rewards voucher.
  • What if I arrive late for my treatment?
    Unfortunately your treatment will be shortened to the allocated time left so the next clients appointment doesn't start late.
  • Which types of payments does BW accept?
    At the salon we accept cash, EFTPOS, all major credit cards, AFTERPAY and Pay Pal For your online shopping, please use Visa or Mastercard credit cards or Pay Pal
